Returns

Please read carefully.

A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. Contact us by email fax or phone to let us know what you are returning. We do not give refunds if we do not receive the goods. We do not give cash refunds but we give a credit on your next purchase. Only return goods by Parcel Post not courier

Books, patterns, pre cut fabric and accessories and knitting needles cannot be returned. Yarn returns must be authorized by Creative Stitch and knit. Shipping costs on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer

We guarantee that when we ship yarn, one colour is of all the same dye lot. We cannot guarantee to match dye lots at a later date. If you are in doubt about how much yarn you need, take an extra ball or two, and get a credit refund if you have any left over and wish to return it.

Kits or blister packs that are unopened can be returned for a credit within one month of our shipping date. We cannot take returns on opened kits or blister packs.

All items must be in good condition and unused, unless the item is being returned because of a manufacturing defect. We do not refund our shipping charges.

You are responsible for paying the shipping charges to return the goods to us. We recommend that you insure the parcel.

Privacy Policy

Customer Information. For those customers who order goods from us, we maintain records of the customers name, address, telephone numbers, credit card information, and email addresses. This information is used solely to send the requested goods to the customer. It is not used or passed on to any other parties except the credit card company (or its processing agent) when the sale is being processed. Customers are not added to our mailing list unless they specifically ask. If you wish to receive updates on products and specials, ask us to add your name on our email list. This list will only be used for updates and new products.  Please list your interest, yarn, quilting, crafty things and workshops. You may unsubscribe at anytime by emailing list@creativestitchandknit.com With the word unsubscribe in the subject heading.
